1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TunedIn mobile application ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TunedIn.

2. Description of Service

TunedIn is a social music review platform that allows users to rate albums, EPs, and singles, create curated lists, follow other users, and share their music opinions. The App is available on iOS and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of TunedIn, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on TunedIn, including reviews, ratings, lists, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant TunedIn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Distributing spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access the service
• Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users
• Manipulating ratings or reviews through fraudulent means

6. Intellectual Property

The TunedIn name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of TunedIn. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TunedIn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Album artwork and music metadata displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

TunedIn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any User Content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunedIn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of TunedIn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
