How do I create an account?

Download TunedIn from the App Store or Google Play and sign up with your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. It only takes a few seconds to get started.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. This will permanently remove all your data, including reviews, lists, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any review, list, or profile and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version of TunedIn installed. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. If you're still experiencing problems, contact us at the email below with your device model and OS version.

Can I change my username?

Yes! Go to Settings > Profile > Edit Profile and tap on your username to change it. Usernames must be unique and can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.
